When I walked through this front door, I felt like I was "HOME" The staff greeted me promptly, and encouraged me to stay for a complimentary lunch in their family style restaurant. I could tell immediately that this was where I needed to be. This center was recommended by my physician who said her mom was a patient here as well. During the stay she developed a blood clot that was not diagnosed and therefore not treated. The day of admission she was not toileted, and therefore soiled herself. She was dropped off a meal, and was not provided any assistance with cutting up her food.
