The staff was very friendly and they do have different kinds of activities. I think the only thing they didn’t have is a beauty shop, but that is in the works. It’s in a neighborhood setting rather than out off a big highway. My son lives about six blocks from the facility, so he’s going to be able to visit mom. Hi Mom is 90 year old and a resident of elevate care of Irving Park I’m very very pleased with the care she is receiving. The building has three different floors, which include a main skating rink and a practice rink. The staff here were kind, attentive, and truly went out of their way to help me. Lots of nursing homes are mediocre looking and short staffed, but the difference here was that the employees really cared. I developed relationships with other residents as well as the employees. Now that my rehabilitation is complete, I am very grateful for the high level of care I received.
